TLF is not responsible for orders that have been marked as “delivered,” but have not been received. Once a package leaves our distribution facility, it is the courier’s responsibility to ensure delivery.
Please note: You must wait a minimum of 7 days after the package has been marked as delivered to file a claim with the courier. Please contact customer service at (954) 204-0296 or email them at firstname.lastname@example.org to assist with filing a claim on your behalf.
Before submitting a claim, we suggest that you ask your neighbors, anyone else in your household or your front desk to make sure the package was not missed
My package was marked as “not delivered” or “lost in transit”, will you reship my package?
In cases where a package has been marked as “not delivered” or “lost in transit”, TLF will assist you with a compensation method of reshipping your order, providing a refund, or store credit.
