- When applicable, TLF will cover the shipping cost for first-time United States return requests. If a second return is requested, from the same order, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs. You will receive the return label via email once your request has been completed. Please make sure to check your spam folder.
- TLF will only accept returns purchased directly from our website.
- International customers are still able to return items within 30 days of their delivery date, but will be responsible for providing a trackable return label and any additional shipping fees.
- TLF does not accept exchanges, returns, or refunds on outlet items. All outlet sales are final.
- All items must arrive at TLF HQ within 14 days of issuing a return mailing label.
- Please note return labels will expire 14 days after being issued.
- All items must be received by TLF within 30 days of delivery.
- Items received after our 30-day return period cannot be refunded without management approval and are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
- All items must be undamaged, unworn, and unwashed with all original hang tags attached.
- Items received damaged, dirty, or without tags, are subject to a 25% restocking fee. (Please note dirty items include but not limited to: Pet Hair, Deodorant Marks, Bodily Fluids, etc.)
