- All Return requests must be made online with the following link: https://tlfapparel.com/a/returns
- When applicable, TLF will cover the shipping cost for first-time return requests. If a second return is requested, from the same order, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs.
- TLF will only accept returns purchased directly from our website.
- International customers are still able to return items within 30 days of their delivery date, but will be responsible for providing a trackable return label and any additional shipping fees.
- TLF does not accept exchanges, returns, or refunds on outlet items. All outlet sales are final.
- All items must arrive at TLF HQ within 14 days of issuing a return mailing label.
- All items must be undamaged, unworn, and unwashed with all original hangtags attached.
- You will receive the return label via email once your request has been completed. Please make sure to check your spam folder.
- All items must be received by TLF within 30 days of delivery.
- Items received after our 30-day return period cannot be refunded without management approval and are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee.
- Items received damaged, or without tags, are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

- The refund will be processed 1-2 business days once the product is received. Please allow 5-10 business days for the amount to appear back on your bank statement.
